Though often used interchangeably, reduction and lift are distinct procedures that reshape existing breast tissue — reducing excess volume, removing sagging skin, or combining both.
The goal is a balanced, comfortable contour: less weight on your neck, shoulders and back, and a lifted, proportionate shape that suits your frame.

Lift with minimal reduction
An auto-augmentation (superomedial pedicle) technique reshapes your own lower breast tissue and repositions it higher into the cleavage — a natural, rounded shape without implants.
Reduction with full lift
The Wise-pattern (anchor) technique handles moderate-to-large reductions with a full lift. The anchor scar stays hidden within the natural crease and bra line — nothing on the upper chest or cleavage.

Scars are placed to stay hidden. The Wise-pattern (anchor) technique keeps the scar within the natural breast crease and bra line — nothing on the upper chest or cleavage. The auto-augmentation approach uses your own tissue and avoids implants entirely.
Breastfeeding is generally not possible after a full breast reduction. If future feeding matters to you, tell us at consultation — it’s an important part of choosing the right approach.
